Family Vision Care (FVC) was started in 2001 by Dr. Tim Sellers after his father, Dr. James "Doc" Sellers, retired. Through the years, Dr. Tim has seen the practice grow and experience many changes. Our "growth" is due to "word of mouth" since many of our patients tend to refer their family and friends.  "Change" has come in the form of a face lift while keeping up with new technology, equipment, and the latest fashion trends. It is simple, our patients are the number one priority, and we will work hard to earn your trust and loyalty. We pride ourselves in offering a COMPLETE High-Quality Comprehensive Eye Health Evaluation while taking the time to answer ALL of your questions. Our goal is to evaluate, inform and educate our patients about their eye health and vision needs. First of all, we do not schedule 40 or more patients a day leaving little time to spend with the doctor. You deserve our time and attention to manage your eye health and vision care needs. No five-minute exams with Dr. Sellers. We give you the necessary time to ask your questions all while explaining the answer in a way anyone can understand. You will never be rushed and questions are encouraged. You might even learn something about your eyes you did not already know. More knowledge can help you manage your own vision and eye health better. We want you to be happy with your experience and leave with the confidence you were given a complete vision and eye health performance check.

Our eye health evaluation offers a personalized and compassionate approach using the latest technology with innovative solutions. Dr. Tim practices full scope Optometry specializing in glasses and contact lenses, as well as the diagnosis, treatment, and co-management of eye diseases and eye emergencies. The scope of practice includes glaucoma diagnosis and treatment, cataract diagnosis and post-op co-management as early as one day (saving travel out of town), diabetic retinopathy diagnosis and co-management, macular degeneration (ARMD) diagnosis and co-management, proper pink eye treatment, superficial foreign body removal, eye allergies, dry eyes, and medical eye emergencies. Don't forget, we also have an awesome selection of quality brand name frames as well as a superior budget line of glasses in our dispensary, with the top contact lens brands available. You cannot go wrong with our high-quality level of service and selection we have to offer.

We accept most vision and medical insurance plans.(you can find the specific plans we accept in "Our Services" section.) We are also offering membership in our own 20/20 vision plans. Our plans offer better prices, better incentives, and an overall better plan to meet your needs. You can get more information on our plans in the "Patient Forms" section on our webpage. You can also download the application and terms of service.

We take cash, check and most major credit cards. Financing is available with Care Credit. (look over our financial policy in the "Patient Forms" section.)
